Mirela Jary

Graduate of the Higher School of Administration and Business in Gdynia and the Higher School of Health in Gdańsk, a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in psychology and a certified trichologist. Member of the Polish Trichological Association. She develops her knowledge and skills at numerous training courses and industry conferences, constantly improving her qualifications. Speaker of the “I Can” project on hair challenges, in cooperation with the Riviera Shopping Center in Gdynia.

She is a passionate advocate of a healthy lifestyle and dietetics, in which she has been expanding her knowledge and using it in the care of trichological patients for years. She lives with a mission to help regain the health and beauty of the scalp and hair. Thanks to a holistic approach to scalp and hair problems, she helps her patients effectively solve their problems. She focuses on the cause, while working on the symptoms. She treats each case individually, combining professional diagnostics with recommendations in the field of care, diet and lifestyle. Her goal is not only to improve her appearance, but above all to restore balance and health, which affect external beauty – because beauty starts from the inside.

In her private life, she is fulfilled as a wife and mother of three boys. In her free time, she practices pilates and yoga, loves reading books, cooking and baking artistic cakes, because it brings harmony to her life.
