However, it is not indifferent to the problems of the surrounding world and strives to actively participate in solving them, convincing that actions for the benefit of others return in the form of positive energy.

Every entrepreneur, especially those running a medical business, should be socially responsible and share knowledge and success. Why are we doing this?

Because every help – big or small – matters.

From a deep conviction that every gesture of support,

regardless of its scale, has an extremely significant meaning.

“Planet B does not exist.” This slogan has already traveled around the world many times, making us realize how valuable a resource the Earth is and how much we should take care of it.

Celebrating the successes of 2023 and the opening of another clinic, Hairmitage decided to plant a piece of forest. Because “everyone has the right to beauty”, and the most beautiful works of nature are.

One tree produces as much oxygen in a year as a human uses in 2 years. It cools the air, just like 5 air conditioners operating non-stop. A tree about 25 meters high absorbs as much CO2 as two single-family homes emit.

That is why Hairmitage’s goal is to plant as many trees as possible together with its Patients. Together with www.posadzimy.pl, a beautiful initiative to green the planet was launched. For each treatment package purchased at the clinic, one tree is planted. By purchasing any package, you not only take care of your health or beauty, but also contribute to the great campaign to save the Earth. Each patient receives a certificate confirming their contribution to environmental protection.

Patients who undergo hair transplantation at Hairmitage will green up the planet even more – they will plant as many as 5 new trees!

We support the Planet

The forest would be sad without its inhabitants… That is why the Hairmitage clinic decided to adopt a lynx! The lynx is the largest European cat, inhabiting, among others, the wildest corners of Poland. This one of the largest predators in Europe has come close to extinction, and some local populations of this species are still endangered – without active protection, they have no chance of survival.

The clinic wants younger generations to have the chance to admire the wonders of nature, which are being increasingly destroyed by human interference day by day.

By symbolically adopting a lynx, Hairmitage supports the World Wildlife Fund (WWF)’s activities aimed at rebuilding the population of this species. It donates money to help in the fight for the survival of the endangered species in Poland once a year.

Hairmitage, operating in several parts of Poland and planning further development, decided to take care of at least one local children’s home.

Why children’s homes? Because changing the child’s world changes the entire environment, and investing in children and their development, invests in a common future. Awareness of the needs of young people encourages providing help wherever possible.

Hairmitage Warsaw and Hairmitage Gdynia are already actively supporting children’s homes in their area. In 2021 and 2022, they managed to help as many as four facilities.

Support for children’s homes takes place twice a year. During Christmas, it becomes especially joyful – children send letters with gift dreams, and the Hairmitage team, together with employees, fulfills them. Additionally, spending time with children, talking to the charges about their everyday lives and needs, is an extraordinary adventure that brings a lot of joy and hope for a better future.

Additionally, on the occasion of Children’s Day, Hairmitage co-finances the purchase of items that will really help in the daily functioning of the facilities.

As a medical entity, Hairmitage has a mission. It is to help people who have been affected by fate and are in need. Establishing cooperation with the Polsat Foundation and the Rak’n’Roll Foundation was a natural step.

As part of the cooperation with the Polsat Foundation, we select people from among the foundation’s beneficiaries with needs resulting from their health condition and financially support their most essential purchases. This year, we got involved in helping 13-year-old Ola. Ola suffers from Rett syndrome – a rare genetic disorder that affects almost exclusively women, a few months after birth. It is a neurodevelopmental disorder, which means that it affects the functioning of the brain, spinal cord and the system of nerves and cells that transmit messages between them and the rest of the body. Additionally, Ola has drug-resistant epilepsy and as part of the cooperation with the Polsat Foundation, people from among the foundation’s beneficiaries are selected with needs resulting from their health condition, who receive financial support in the form of the most essential purchases. This year, the clinic got involved in a spinal cord injury, requiring 24-hour care. She uses rehabilitation, speech therapy and AI every day. Ola received funding from Hairmitage to purchase a wheelchair

Rak’n’Roll is a foundation that changes the way people think about cancer and works to improve the quality of life for cancer patients. Given the growing scale of the problem, the foundation tries to make life as difficult as possible for cancer patients. It works for healthy choices and behaviors and for caring for yourself every day.

In January 2023, a charity gala for the Rak’n’roll Foundation – Win a Life! prepared by the Editorial Team of the “Businesswoman&life” Magazine took place at the Verte Warsaw Autograph Collection Hotel. The gala featured the premiere and auction of the Business Personalities calendar for people with cancer. As a result of the auction, it was possible to collect PLN 61,000, which was donated in full to the Rak’n’Roll Foundation. Among the auctioned items were also those donated by Hairmitage.

Support for the IOP in Otwock – together we worked wonders!

Thanks to the collected amount of PLN 1,400, we were able to buy hygiene products and toys for the Institute’s charges.

However, this is only part of the success! We were very impressed by the individual commitment of the team – the clinic received a lot of clothes, diapers, hygiene products and toys, which you brought personally.

We managed to fill the entire trunk with gifts! We are extremely grateful for every form of support and we are happy that together we can bring joy to children in need. ❤️
