Doctor, trichologist
A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Gdańsk, currently specializing in Nuclear Medicine. Thanks to her interest in trichology, she collaborates with the Hairmitage clinic, where she diagnoses and treats problems related to the scalp and hair.
She regularly participates in national and international conferences and training in the field of trichology, oncology and nuclear medicine, which allows her to constantly improve her qualifications. She is the co-author of a paper entitled “Association of lung cancer-associated cachexia with the metastatic spread to pleura”, which she presented at the ASCO 2024 oncology conference in Chicago.
On a daily basis, she works at the University Clinical Center, where she is involved in scientific activities. Her main interests include research on diagnostics and complications related to the treatment of oncological diseases, in particular anagen effluvium induced by chemotherapy and methods of its treatment.
Her knowledge is based on experience and cooperation with both domestic and foreign centers – she completed internships, among others, at the European Institute of Oncology in Milan and at the Military Medical Institute in Warsaw. In her daily work, she combines knowledge of the latest medical technologies with an individual approach to patients, ensuring high quality of treatment in accordance with the principles of EBM (Evidence-Based Medicine).
