Dark circles and bags under the eyes

Dark circles and bags under the eyes are a common dermatological problem that affects many people and can negatively affect their appearance and self-confidence. Dark circles are usually caused by darkening of the area under the lower eyelids, while bags under the eyes are visible puffiness that can be the result of fluid, fat or subcutaneous tissue build-up around the eyes.
