FOTONA 4 D

Fotona Dynamis SP offers the most powerful combination of Nd: YAG and Er: YAG available on the market. It provides the widest range of ablative and non-ablative treatments a single laser system can offer. Fotona SP Plus is the best choice for effective reduction of wrinkles, skin lesions, unwanted hair and vascular treatments for all skin types.

The Nd:Yag laser is very effective in reducing the erythema that often accompanies the vascular skin and sometimes with lesions characteristic of rosacea. Depending on the initial condition of the skin, it is sometimes enough to perform 1 treatment, and sometimes 2-3 treatments at intervals of 4-6 weeks should be performed. After the treatment, appropriate home care and UV protection are selected. It is not recommended to treat erythema in the summer season when the outside temperature is around 23 ° C. An additional advantage of the treatment is a perceptible skin lifting and a visible “glow” effect.

Effects:

  • uniform skin color
  • reduction of redness.

Indications:

  • uncontrolled reddening of the face
  • erythematous reaction to high temperatures, emotions, hot spices, alcohol
  • rosacea.

Contraindications:

  • taking medications and light-sensitizing supplements (should be discontinued two weeks before the procedure)
  • consumption of herbs, ie: St. John’s wort, calendula, chamomile, nettle (should be set aside for a week before the procedure)
  • active autoimmune diseases
  • tendency to develop keloids, hypertrophic scars
  • active viral infections: HIV, hepatitis
  • using bronzing lotions or self-tanning lotions (should be stopped for two weeks before the procedure)
  • tanned skin
  • epilepsy
  • pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • pacemaker
  • taking / using steroids (in the form of creams or tablets)
  • taking drugs that expand blood vessels
  • taking medications that reduce blood clotting
  • application of preparations containing vitamin derivatives to the treatment area
  • A (retinoids) or other light-sensitizing substances (should be discontinued two weeks before the procedure).

The Nd: Yag laser is perfect for removing rubies and closing blood vessels, e.g. around the wings of the nose. The radiation absorbed by hemoglobin and converted into heat raises the blood temperature, which starts the coagulation process. One or two treatments are enough for some people, while for most people the vessels completely disappear after about three treatments. The process of tissue reabsorption from the vessels is different for each person, and the time of complete regeneration may vary from several days to several weeks. After the treatment, appropriate home care and UV protection are selected. It is not recommended to perform the treatment in summer when the outside temperature is around 23°C.

Indications:

  • numerous telangiectasias
  • rubies
  • spider veins.

Effects:

  • getting rid of broken capillaries and ruby angiomas.

Contraindications:

  • taking medications and photosensitizing supplements (you should stop taking it two weeks before the procedure)
  • consumption of herbs, ie: St. John’s wort, calendula, chamomile, nettle (should be set aside for a week before the procedure)
  • active autoimmune diseases
  • tendency to develop keloids, hypertrophic scars
  • active viral infections: HIV, hepatitis
  • use of bronzing lotions or self-tanning lotions (should be discontinued two weeks before the procedure)

  • taking / using steroids (in the form of creams or tablets)
  • taking medications that expand blood vessels
  • taking medications that reduce blood clotting
  • application of preparations containing vitamin derivatives to the treatment area
  • A (retinoids) or other photosensitizing substances (should be discontinued two weeks before the procedure).

Laser treatments with the Fotona laser are the most modern, non-invasive and painless methods of removing stretch marks and scars. They are based on the technology of a fractional laser, which sends pulses causing coagulation (disintegration) of the scar tissue, and light beams penetrating into the deep layers of the skin initiate regenerative processes.

The production and reconstruction of elastin and collagen takes place, which in turn reduces the visibility of the scar. After a series of treatments, the skin covered with scars or stretch marks becomes elastic, without contractures, atrophy (dimples) and thickening, and its color also begins to blend in with the color of the surrounding body. The entire process is possible thanks to the combination of the two most effective wavelengths of laser light. The Nd:Yag and Er:Yag beams have a multidirectional effect on various structures of scars or stretch marks, which is why we get better results than in the case of homogeneous treatments. During the procedure, the patient does not feel pain, but a feeling of warmth or burning may appear. After the treatment, the skin may be slightly red or swollen. Thanks to the use of the Fotona laser, the healing process of the skin is much shorter. After the treatment, appropriate home care and UV protection are selected.

Indications:

  • acne scars
  • scars after mechanical damage
  • stretch marks, both fresh and older.

Effects:

  • even, smooth epidermis
  • less visible cavities.

Contraindications:

  • taking medications and photosensitizing supplements (should be discontinued two weeks before the procedure)
  • consumption of herbs, ie: St. John’s wort, calendula, chamomile, nettle (should be discontinued a week before the procedure)

For laser revitalization of the eye area, we use the Er: Yag laser beam. The skin becomes tense, the eye opens and fine lines become shallower. The procedure itself is quick, painless and safe for the eye. After the treatment, swelling may occur in the first day, and delicate peeling of the skin over the next few days. It is recommended to perform 3 treatments at 2-4 week intervals. To maximize the effects, it is also worth performing a laser peeling during the last treatment. After the treatment, appropriate home care and UV protection are selected.

For the first few days, use a protective lipstick frequently and drink plenty of water. Depending on the reaction, you should not eat hot or spicy products for about 1-2 days. Laser treatment of acne lesions does not require anesthesia. The number of treatments and the intervals between them are selected individually for each client.

Fotona 4D is an innovative laser face lift, which is carried out by combining 4 treatment procedures in one therapy. Spectacular post-treatment effects provide an alternative to the use of traditional fillers. The treatment involves the action of laser light thanks to the wide possibility of complementary Nd: Yag and Er: Yag wavelengths on specific parts of the skin of the face, neck or neckline in deep, intermediate and superficial skin structures. The laser peeling is performed using the Fotona Dynamis Sp Er: Yag laser. The purpose of the treatment is to damage and remove the top layer of the skin, which results in subsequent exfoliation. After the exfoliation process is completed, the skin is refreshed, tense and regains its lost glow. During the procedure, microdamages are formed that provoke controlled skin inflammation. The microdamages are surrounded by healthy skin that has not been exposed to laser light. Such a system of skin fractionation causes that after the treatment it regenerates very quickly, the process of synthesis of new collagen fibers and elastin is stimulated. For the best and most durable results, it is recommended to perform a series of 2-4 treatments with an interval of 4-8 weeks, depending on the condition and needs of the patient’s skin. The frequency of treatments also depends on the parameters used.

It is a non-invasive and painless treatment that illuminates the skin in a spectacular way. This is the perfect treatment to give your skin a youthful glow before going out. This treatment does not require a recovery period. It involves laser irradiation of the skin covered with a specialized mask with active carbon. Activated carbon effectively attracts and absorbs toxins, excess sebum and callous epidermis. It also shows brightening, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and soothing properties. The use of a laser beam during carbon peeling enhances the cleaning properties of coal. The particles from the mask penetrate deeply into the smallest unevenness, sebaceous gland openings, cavities and pores of the skin, and then absorb the energy of the laser light, causing micro-explosions. As a result of this phenomenon, the outer layer of the epidermis is exfoliated along with its imperfections. After the first treatment, the skin becomes cleansed, the pores are clearly reduced, the skin tone becomes even. The secretion of sebum is stabilized. It is worth emphasizing the reduction of inflammation caused by acne after the treatment.
