Each of us wants to be eternally young and beautiful, unfortunately, with the passage of time, the first signs of aging appear on the skin of the face, such as: drooping face oval, wrinkles, flabby and thin skin, loose skin of the eyelids. Facial expressions become sad and tired. There are many lifting methods on the market, but they are often invasive, often painful and force a long recovery period.
Autumn is the perfect time to start depigmentation treatments. More and more people come to cosmetology salons to remove unsightly pigmented stains caused, for example, by excessive exposure to the sun, hormonal disorders, inflammation or diseases.
The main treatment that makes it easier for us to work with pigmentation problems of our clients are acid therapies by Rhonda Allison. These are effective mixtures of acids that allow for proper exfoliation of the epidermis. The range of treatments available begins with gentle progressive peels for 2 days of pollen exfoliation, but also includes medium to deep intensity acids causing lobed exfoliation usually lasting about 5 days. Another great treatment that allows you to deal with discoloration is irreplaceable microneedle mesotherapy combined with a concentrated cocktail of brightening, revitalizing PRX-T33 acid or an intelligent complex of immodulating proteins – estGen. The choice of the method of combating discoloration depends on the nature of discoloration on the skin, skin type and health condition. After the treatment, appropriate home care is selected to deepen the effects of the treatment and to properly rebuild the skin.
It is obvious that without oxygen there is no life. The air we breathe contains 21% of oxygen. It is also indispensable in the skin. First of all , it supports cellular metabolism, has antibacterial and antiseptic properties, stimulates proper biochemical processes, supports cellular metabolism, stimulates collagen production and the formation of capillaries (blood vessels).
Unfortunately, as the years go by, cells absorb less and less oxygen. At the same time, the quality and condition of the skin is influenced by a number of unfavorable external factors, such as air pollution, smog, poor diet or working in closed rooms. That is why oxygen is more and more often used in cosmetological procedures.
A treatment with the use of oxygen that is worth paying attention to is oxybrasion. Compressed oxygen and saline are used to cleanse the skin and exfoliate dead epidermis. Oxybrasion is a type of mechanical microdermabrasion, but it works much more gently. Effectively moisturizes and softens the skin, soothes inflammation. The effects of the treatment are visible immediately. The skin is brightened, refreshed and the pores are less visible.
Another treatment that uses oxygen is oxygen infusion. This procedure aims at forcing the appropriate active ingredients into the deeper layers of the skin with the use of pressurized oxygen. Therefore, an ampoule appropriate to the needs of the skin is selected for the treatment, e.g. regenerative, lifting, vitamin or regulating the work of sebaceous glands. After the treatment, the skin looks radiant and healthy.
Oxygen treatments restore the skin’s youthful glow and are completely safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Diet in our lives is being talked about more and more often. We begin to look at our body holistically. And very well.
The way of nutrition is more and more often indicated as important in the appearance of our skin. Mainly, in the pathogenesis of acne.
Adults are struggling with skin problems more and more often.
What we eat undoubtedly affects our body in many ways. It has been proven that diet affects our endocrine system, the composition and amount of sebum secreted, inflammation and our microbiome.
If we struggle with acne, it is worth introducing a diet with a low glycemic load, increasing the supply of fish, necessary unsaturated fatty acids and zinc-rich products. We should limit milk protein, simple sugars and salt.
Supplementation with vitamin D may be helpful (however, it is worth doing blood tests before introducing supplementation).
Remember that acne is a very complex problem and diet is only helpful in alleviating it. Proper care is also important.
Epigenetics. It is commonly accepted that hair is an indicator of the health of the body, that in a healthy body there is not only a healthy mind, but also healthy hair.
Unfortunately, it is not that simple. Indeed, many factors can influence the condition of the hair – lifestyle and stress levels, eating habits, physical activity and general health, environmental factors, etc. But all these factors can only be decisive for reactive hair loss (telogen). For most hair diseases , they will have only a slight additional effect as genetic factors play a major role in the onset and development of most hair and scalp conditions.
Genetics. Sad news for those who like to heal their hair “from the inside” – the vast majority of hair diseases are genetically determined. Androgenetic alopecia (AGA), a condition that is the leading cause of hair loss in both men and women, alopecia areata and many scarring forms of hair loss are genetically determined. This means that the appearance of this or that type of alopecia in a particular person will depend primarily on the presence or absence of certain sets and combinations of relevant genes responsible for the development of this type of alopecia. In the presence of other combinations of the same genes, the disease may not progress, which explains the frequent absence of apparently genetic disease in first-line relatives. And the main element of treatments for hair diseases, with a minimum number of side effects, is in most cases topical therapy (preparations and topical treatments). Contrary to popular belief that treating “the cause from within” is self-sufficient, proper nutrition and vitamins are helpful and may be effective, but not always and not for everyone.
That is why at Hairmitage we believe in the synergistic effects of trichology, dermatology, endocrinology, dietetics and other fields. We arrange each therapy individually after detailed consultations and tests. This is the only way to achieve the desired results!
Love is an unique and beautiful feeling. The more beautiful, the more good emotions it brings. Unfortunately, we often forget to love the most important person in our life – ourselves.
Self-love is the basis of our mental balance, the basis of well-being and life’s satisfaction. When we are comfortable with ourselves, we function in a completely different quality. It is easier for us to make decisions, we have more strength to be active and motivatation to change. Unfortunately, this is neither obvious nor always easy. You have to learn to love yourself. To love the person you are, who you can always count on, who will be with you for good and bad, forever – this person is of course yourself. Let us remember this, let us be kind to ourselves, be patient, let us show ourselves the kindness that we surround our loved ones with.
How to learn to love yourself? Start with small steps. Pay attention to how you treat yourself, what you think about yourself, how you talk to yourself in your mind. Stop criticizing yourself, reproaching yourself. Think well of yourself every day. Control the thoughts directed at your address. Don’t blame yourself, don’t judge. If something doesn’t work out for you, don’t say “I didn’t managed again.” Believe me, sometimes it is enough to replace “again” with “one more”. Surround yourself with good thoughts and feelings every day, because no one else will give you more cordiality and warmth than yourself.
